We accept almost all normal forms of payment, cheque, credit/debit cards etc.

Shipping and Handling

We charge £3.00 for delivery in the UK on orders under £50. Orders over £50 are post free. Some heavy and/or bulky items are subject to a surcharge e.g. Complete bikes £10 Tandems £20 Scooters £5 Wheels £5 Sleeping bags £5 Mudguards £3 Rims £3

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering you will be given an estimated delivery date, and the option as to whether you wish us to back order the item. If we fail to locate the goods within the estimated delivery time you will be under no obligation to proceed with the purchase.

Returns

If you make a purchase and upon receipt of the goods decide you have the wrong size, you don't like the colour, or you've just changed your mind, you can have a replacement or a full refund. Simply return the goods, unused, in the original packaging and within ten days for a refund or replacement. Under these circumstances you will still be liable for any postage charges. If the item was dispatched post free as part of an order over £50 the normal postage charge will be retained. Faulty or Damaged Goods - In the event of you receiving goods which are of an unsatisfactory quality, the goods may be returned (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods), within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods plus all postal charges.
