Making your Payment

We accept almost all normal forms of payment, cheque, credit/debit cards etc.

Shipping and Handling

We charge £3.00 for delivery in the UK on orders under £50. Orders over £50 are post free. Some heavy and/or bulky items are subject to a surcharge e.g. Complete bikes £10 Tandems £20 Scooters £5 Wheels £5 Sleeping bags £5 Mudguards £3 Rims £3

Back Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock and we expect to recieve the goods from our suppliers shortly we will place the item on back order. If the item is no longer stocked or available we will contact you to offer an alternative and discuss how you wish to proceed with your order. Please be aware that your card is only debited at point of dispatch and therefore you will only pay for goods recieved.

Returns

If you make a purchase and upon receipt of the goods decide you have the wrong size, you don't like the colour, or you've just changed your mind, you can have a replacement or a full refund. Simply return the goods, unused, in the original packaging and within 7 days of reciept for a refund or replacement. Under these circumstances you will still be liable for any postage charges. If the item was dispatched post free as part of an order over £50 the normal postage charge will be retained. Faulty or Damaged Goods - In the event of you receiving goods which are of an unsatisfactory quality, the goods may be returned (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods), within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods plus all postal charges.

Spa Cycles Frame Warranty

All Spa Cycles titanium frames have a 10 year warranty for defects of material/manufacture. Spa Cycles steel frames and steel forks have a 5 year warranty for defects of material/manufacture. All warranties exclude any damage due to collisions or crashes and any that are the result of modifications made to the frame or fork.

International Orders

We are afraid that we cannot despatch goods internationally. Sadly it is not cost effective for us to despatch orders abroad.
