We are pleased to ship goods (no bikes) internationally. A default carriage charge will show at checkout but we will adjust this to reflect the actual charge (eg; a pair of chainrings to France or Germany would be c.GBP10; a chainset to the USA would be GBP20). If the actual carriage charge is greater than the default charge, we will contact you before proceeding.
26 Aug 2025 UPDATE: Our export of goods to the USA is currently suspended until further notice. This is due to the removal of the 'de minimis' (duty-free threshold) arrangement and the introduction of tariffs, both being effective from 29 Aug 2025. We apologise to our US customers for the inconvenience caused and hope to be able to resume shipping to the USA during September 2025.

3 ways to find the right size of bike

1. The best way. Come to the shop and ride the test bikes, please call us on 01423 887003 to arrange.

2. Measure your favourite bike and compare it with the photos of our bikes set with different saddle heights.
Click here to see how to measure your pedal to saddle height.

3. Measure your leg length and compare that to photos of our bikes set up with different saddle heights.
Click here to see how to measure your leg length, and then work out an estimate of the pedal to saddle height.
This is by far the worst way to size a bike though as it runs into two major snags. Firstly, if you measure your leg length three times you stand a good chance of getting three different answers. Secondly we all sit on our bikes differently, so there is no exact science, more a 'best guess' to translate leg length to bike size.
